Instagram Tool
Paste a public URL. MediaPull does not ask for account passwords or process private media.
MediaPull's Instagram Story Downloader lets you save active stories and permanent highlights from public accounts. Because stories disappear after 24 hours, our tool is optimized to download photo and video stories before they expire. Save them anonymously to your files without needing to log in, share your credentials, or show up on the creator's story viewer list.
Download public Instagram stories by pasting the story URL or username into MediaPull — saves both photos and videos before the 24-hour expiry.
Professional media extraction built with performance, privacy, and speed in mind.
Our proxy systems process downloads securely from official CDNs. We strictly block high-risk scripts, browser hijacks, redirects, or malicious extensions.
Save media assets instantly. The system utilizes direct streams and server-side pipes to deliver content with zero rendering delays or buffer lag.
You never need to log in, register, or share your account password. MediaPull runs entirely anonymous public extraction workflows.
Download as many files as you need. There are no daily limits, hidden subscriptions, premium speed throttles, or account restrictions.
Fully optimized for iPhone, iPad, Android, and tablets. The responsive interface adapts cleanly to any screen size for quick mobile workflows.
Extract assets in their raw resolution. We avoid compression where possible, delivering the original file format straight from the server.
The MediaPull Instagram Story Downloader is a web tool that helps you save active 24-hour story posts and permanent highlights. Paste a story share link or a public username, and the downloader compiles the active slides for you. It requires no apps or extensions, letting you save photos and videos anonymously without signing in.
Step-by-step instructions to save media using the Instagram Story Downloader on any device.
Instagram's native save feature often adds a floating watermark and lowers the video quality.
Instagram Story Downloader bypasses this by fetching the original, untouched file directly from Instagram's Content Delivery Network (CDN).
We never re-encode the videos. You get the exact same HD file that the creator uploaded to Instagram.
Because we extract the direct CDN link, the platform's post-processing watermark is completely avoided.
Clean videos are essential for creators compiling reactions, duets, or inspirational mood boards.

Most Instagram Reels are originally uploaded in 1080x1920 resolution (a 9:16 aspect ratio). Downloading the HD Video format ensures you retain this crisp, vertical orientation perfect for mobile devices.
What sets MediaPull apart from other instagram download tools and utilities.
We act as a secure proxy bridge between the host CDN and your browser, keeping your IP address completely anonymous.
Say goodbye to annoying pop-unders, redirect loops, and malicious drive-by downloads.
No mute vertical reels. The system extracts and combines adaptive DASH streams seamlessly on our servers.
Access the entire platform utilities without registering accounts, starting trials, or sharing credit card details.
How different users incorporate our downloader platform into their day-to-day work tasks.
Download story posts from creators as proof-of-posting deliverables for brand campaigns, capturing the exact story before its 24-hour expiry.
Archive customer mentions, product reviews, and UGC stories from public accounts for use in brand reposts and testimonial collections.
Save memories, travel stories, and moments from friends or public figures to your device before Instagram deletes them at expiry.
Encountered an issue? Here are explanations and simple solutions to fix common download failures.
The user may not have any stories posted in the last 24 hours, or their stories may have just expired. Check if the story is still visible in Instagram's app without logging in.
Story CDN tokens have very short lifespans. Refresh the page, re-paste the URL, and attempt the download immediately. Do not wait more than 30 seconds after extraction before downloading.
Avoid these frequent errors to ensure successful downloads every time.
MediaPull queries public Story and Highlight metadata nodes using temporary CDN tokens. Once the raw photo (JPEG) or video (MP4) path is resolved, our server streams the media file in chunks using standard HTTP request headers, ensuring that short-lived Meta CDN access tokens do not expire during the download process.
Downloading content from Instagram is a common question among users. Generally, downloading content for personal use falls under fair use. This means you can save a video to your phone to watch later offline or keep as inspiration.
However, commercial use or redistributing the downloaded content as your own may violate copyright laws and Instagram's Terms of Service.
MediaPull does not host or store any copyrighted material on its servers. All files are downloaded directly from Instagram's CDNs. We strongly encourage respecting the intellectual property rights of creators.
